Saab’s liquidity crisis is a short-term ‘blip’, according to sources close to the company. Production at its Trolhattan plant in Sweden has been halted several times in the past fortnight, by suppliers refusing to deliver parts because of unpaid invoices. And Audi has come up with a traffic light recognition system they reckon could be good for a 15 per cent fuel saving.
